Baked Cumin Avocado Eggs

  • 2 Avocados
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Garlic-Infused Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the seeds and
    scoop out the avocado flesh.

  • Break the eggs in each avocado cavity. Season cumin, salt, and pepper to taste.

  • Place the avocado with eggs in a baking dish to
    be stable.

  • Sprinkle the avocado with olive oil and place
    the baking dish in oven.

  • Bake for 20 minutes.

  • Serve warm.
