Beef and Mushroom Stew

  • 1 1/4 lb Beef Filets
  • 1 lb Mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 2 Green Onions finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 pinch Tumeric
  • Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Heat the oil in a frying skillet.

  • Add the onion and garlic and sauté two to three minutes.

  • Add chopped mushrooms and cook for two to three minutes more. Stir in dried rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.

  • In a greased frying skillet over medium-high cook meat and the vegetable mixture.

  • Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper and sprinkle with turmeric.

  • Stir and serve hot.
