- 1 1/4 lb Beef Filets
- 1 lb Mushrooms thinly sliced
- 2 Green Onions finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1 pinch Tumeric
- Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a frying skillet.
Add the onion and garlic and sauté two to three minutes.
Add chopped mushrooms and cook for two to three minutes more. Stir in dried rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
In a greased frying skillet over medium-high cook meat and the vegetable mixture.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper and sprinkle with turmeric.
Stir and serve hot.
