- 3 lbs Chicken Breast
- 5 Lemons sliced
- 1 tsp All Spice
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley to garnish
Prepare your barbecue grill.
In a large bowl, place chicken pieces and lemon rings.
In a separate bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, allspice, smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour spice mixture over chicken and mix thoroughly.
Grill chicken and lemon rings on barbecue over medium heat; direct heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side. Internal temperature*: 160° to 165° F. minutes per side.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
