Grilled Lemon Chicken

  • 3 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 5 Lemons sliced
  • 1 tsp All Spice
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley to garnish
  • Prepare your barbecue grill.

  • In a large bowl, place chicken pieces and lemon rings.

  • In a separate bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, allspice, smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

  • Pour spice mixture over chicken and mix thoroughly.

  • Grill chicken and lemon rings on barbecue over medium heat; direct heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side. Internal temperature*: 160° to 165° F. minutes per side.

  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
